Nepotism is a never-ending topic in the Bollywood industry, and as time passes, many actors or directors talk about it. In an interview, actor Jaideep Ahlawat expressed his view on nepotism.
When he was asked if nepotism has affected his career, he replied that he does not believe that Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, or any star kid will ever take away his roles. He further added that you shouldn't live under the delusion that Ranbir Kapoor is a star kid, so that's why he is such a popular or brilliant actor. He is Ranbir Kapoor. If he came from a family outside of Bollywood, then he would also be a brilliant actor because he is such a hard-working man.
Jaideep also added that he is not here to become the next Ranbir Kapoor, and if any girl comes to the industry to become the next Alia Bhatt, then that is also wrong. Be yourself; I love to be first Jaideep Ahlawat rather than second Ranbir Kapoor.
On the work front, Jaideep Ahlawat is all set to release his next movie, 'Maharaj'. He will be seen in this movie along with Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan. It will be Junaid's debut movie. The movie 'Maharaj' will be released on Netflix on June 14.
